Guest sentiment
A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"Right next to the Titanic Museum, Titanic Ice Cream serves as a sweet bonus for visitors looking to cool off and enjoy a treat. Although there is already a gift shop inside the museum, this is a separate building that doubles as both a gift and ice cream shop, providing additional charm and options for those passing by. Despite the long line and somewhat slow pace in both ordering and receiving the items, the quality of the ice cream made the wait absolutely worthwhile. We tried the Butter Pecan, Cotton Candy, and one of the milkshakes—and all were genuinely delicious. The flavors were rich and satisfying, far better than we expected from what appears at first glance to be a simple tourist stop. If you’re visiting the Titanic Museum, this little shop is worth the extra few minutes. Don’t be discouraged by the line—the ice cream stands out and makes for a great post-museum treat."
"Nice place, lovely decor. They sell tickets for the museum there, so it's a must to go in and enjoy a delicious ice cream while you're at it."
"Very cool place to get a snack before heading into the museum! The manager, Kristy, is super friendly and made our experience even better! Really enjoyed talking with her while we finished off our delicious jumbo pretzels."
"I've been to the Titanic museum before, several times with my family. I saw they added a "custard" shop and was excited to try it. I wasn't let down! From the moment you walk in, the smell hits you, and the ambient music playing in the background along with Captain Smith proudly displayed on the wall. Far as the custard, I had the "Whirligig" and my son "The Heart Of The Ocean". Probably the best custard/ice cream I've ever ate. A100"
"I had a great experience at the ice cream parlor (Wednesday 5pm). The employees were actually very nice and attentive. I was surprised to see such a low rating. They do have limited flavors but tons of unique combinations that are delicious! I had the 1912 and it was surprising how good vanilla ice cream, Oreos, caramel and chocolate syrups could be. The quality and flavor is there!"
"Stopped in for a quick snack before our tour. The manager was friendly and knowledgeable about the museum and surrounding area/attractions. Definitely worth a stop in before or after the tour."
"The place is new and The Chocolate is Amazing GOOD there's allot of options on the menu all really great choices they have ice frappes with a lot of flavors they have ice cream sundaes root beer they have a ice cream custard drink that's really good they have other beverages a lot of stuff in the menu they do have pastries Donuts they also have a public bathroom"
"Had a wonderful treat today at the ice cream shop next to the Titanic Museum. There were a lot of fun and interesting choices like Jack and Rose Sundae, Heart of the Ocean blend milkshake, and a titanic banana split. I had a hot fudge sundae. The fudge was nice and hot and the ice cream was very creamy. I may have to pop in tomorrow and get another treat."
